Terms of Use

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Baby Puzzles (“the app”), developed and operated by Dongqing Yang, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.

Use by children

The app is made for children. A parent or legal guardian should accept these Terms on the child’s behalf and decide how the child uses the app, including any purchase and the play-time limit in Settings.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store’s usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

Our content

The pictures, characters, sounds, and other content in the app belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them only within the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Purchases

Four picture groups are free. Unlock All Puzzles is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks every picture group, including groups added in later updates. It works on devices signed in with the same Apple Account, can be shared through Family Sharing, and can be restored with Restore Purchases in the app’s settings. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Payments, refunds, and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app in a way that breaks the law, infringes anyone’s rights, or interferes with the app or the services it relies on.

Changes to the app

We may update, change, or discontinue features or content of the app at any time. If we discontinue the app, purchases you have made will continue to work in the version installed on your device to the extent technically possible.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the app will be error-free or that progress will never be lost. The play-time limit is a helpful reminder for families and is not a parental-control system; for stricter limits, use Screen Time in iOS.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app’s in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Your license ends automatically if you do not comply with these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
